In beiden F\u00e4llen ist die Verwendung eines Operationsmikroskops\n                      (= Mikrochirurgie) erforderlich.<span style=\"font-weight: 600;\"> Die ca. zweist\u00fcndige Operation erfolgt in Vollnarkose als ambulanter Eingriff.<\/span> Die Komplikationen des Eingriffs sind gering, das Risiko f\u00fcr einen revisionspflichtigen\n                      Blutergu\u00df betr\u00e4gt 0,5 %.<\/p>\n                    <p>Die <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Refertilisierung &#8211;
